A hormone-assisting herbal tea blend formulated to support the body through the menstrual cycle by nourishing, balancing, and replenishing key systems involved in hormonal health.
This blend focuses on uterine support, mineral restoration, lymphatic movement, and stress regulation—factors that can influence cycle regularity and overall hormonal balance.

Ingredients:

Raspberry Leaf – Supports uterine tone and overall reproductive health

Hibiscus – Supports circulation and provides antioxidant support

Holy Basil (Tulsi) – Supports the body’s stress response, which can affect hormone balance

Strawberry Leaf – Mineral-rich; helps nourish and strengthen the body during the cycle

Hyssop – Traditionally used to support circulation and gentle detox pathways

Nettle – Rich in minerals; supports adrenal function and replenishment

Mullein – Supports lymphatic movement and tissue soothing

Plantain – Supports tissue repair and gentle detoxification

Peppermint – Supports digestion and helps reduce bloating and tension

Yarrow – Traditionally used to support menstrual flow and ease cramping

Oatstraw – Nervine tonic; supports the nervous system and stress resilience

Red Clover – Supports hormone balance and lymphatic health

Chickweed – Supports lymphatic movement and cooling inflammation

Suggested use:
Drink 1–2 cups daily, starting 1–2 weeks prior to your cycle and continuing through the week of your cycle. Consistent use over several cycles may be needed to notice changes.

Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your package being returned or abandoned. Return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer.

Please double-check the shipping address is correct before submitting your order/payment. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.

Blue Waters Apothecary is not responsible for your package after it is shipped. All claims must be filed directly through USPS with the tracking info you are given if you need to locate/file for a lost or stolen package.

All shipped orders receive a tracking number once an order is filled. An invoice, along with the product, ordered are in the box.
