Please allow up 3-5 days for your order to be shipped. Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Important: During warm seasons, we highly suggest that all tallow products are delivered to an address where items will NOT sit in the heat for long periods of time as consistency can change.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your package being returned or abandoned. Return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer.
Please double-check the shipping address is correct before submitting your order/payment. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.
Blue Waters Apothecary is not responsible for your package after it is shipped. All claims must be filed directly through USPS with the tracking info you are given if you need to locate/file for a lost or stolen package.
All shipped orders receive a tracking number once an order is filled. An invoice, along with the product, ordered are in the box.

I love this product. I have tried so many hair products but this stuff is amazing. I been using it for a month now. My hair is much healthier and has more shine and it ‘s also less frizzy. Nature works best for me. Highly recommend!

The hair oil does exactly what you say it should! I use it weekly and my scalp is cleaner, hair feels great and a noticable decrease in hair loss. It isn't heavy and oily and goes on really nice. Thank you for a great product!
Began using this oil because of plaque psoriasis on my scalp which was NOT clearing up entirely with my prescription shampoo. After 2 months of using it twice weekly, am finally psoriasis-free. More than that, my scalp does not feel tight and dry anymore, and I am not losing hair like before. I actually see new baby hairs too which I haven't seen in a very long time. Overall, I highly recommend this product.
