Tincture- Calm

This tincture blend is a combination of Lemon Balm and Holy Basil and was formulated to help calm the body, both in the mind aspect as well as the belly. I’ve found that when one is stressed and upset, it affects the other. Use this blend to calm your central nervous system when life gets too much.

Lemon Balm actions: Nervine, Sedative, Mild Antidepressant and Antispasmodic, Carminative, Diaphoretic, Antiviral, and Antioxidant.

Holy Basil: actions: Alterative, Analgesic, Antibacterial, Antidepressant, Antifungal, Antiviral, Antimicrobial, Anxiolytic, Cardiotonic, Carminative, Demulcent, Diaphoretic, Expectorant, Immunomodulator, Nervine, Radioprotective.

How to use: Shake prior to use. Adults- take 1-2 dropperfuls either by mouth or added to 8-16oz of water up to 3x per day. 

Keep out of direct sunlight. Use within 3 years.
