Ginger Root*• has long been used to aid stomach function, whether it be an upset stomach or lowered digestive excretions. This powerful root does wonders for our digestive system and can assist for when we experience indigestion, nausea, morning sickness, constipation, gas, and bloating. Taken best prior and during mealtime, this herbal supplement will aid all digestive function. Great as a hot beverage or added to tea or plain water.
How to use: Shake well prior to use. There may be sediment as we do not use preservatives. Adults- 1-2 dropperfuls either by mouth or added to 8-16oz of water up to 3x per day. Start with a small dose and work up to 2 dropperfuls as needed. For digestive troubles, use daily for 3-4 days, then reduce to as needed.
